There is an easier, quicker way for you to request conference rooms and classrooms. It involves opening the appropriate shared calendar and making the reservation directly on the shared calendar. A message will automatically be sent to the staff who make the reservations. They click a button to accept the reservation and an email is automatically sent back to you, confirming the reservation. Instructions to open the shared calendars may be found at the following link. If you wish to continue making your reservations through the portal, that is fine as well.
