- 2500 word essay on "the advantages of plastic pipe in a modern infrastructure"
- Student must be 18 years of age or older
- Open to all Civil Engineering students in their junior or senior years and or at the graduate level
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, as well as American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
